The Factory Co-working Hub

The Factory Co-working Hub occupies 14 Alder Hills, part of Dorset, in a peaceful, quiet corner of Poole with easy access to a free onsite car park and café. It’s part of The New Leaf Company, the social enterprise arm of BCHA, a major provider of housing, support and learning services for socially excluded people across the South, from Plymouth to Reading.

The space offers hot desks through to private offices, all with internet connection, onsite catering for hot meals, free hot drinks and free parking, with membership from around £250 a month, day passes available and 24/7 access. As a social enterprise, all profits are reinvested back into the community, with The Factory having created new jobs and supported over 200 people into education, work or training since 2015.

The Factory Co-working Hub gives Poole’s freelancers and small businesses a genuinely purpose-driven, community-focused base for co-working that gives back locally.
