BizSpace Gloucester Corinium House

BizSpace Gloucester Corinium House occupies a former Bird’s Eye Wall’s Ice Cream headquarters at Barnwood Point Business Park on Corinium Avenue, part of Gloucestershire, around two miles east of Gloucester city centre. BizSpace bought the building for £3 million in 2017 and invested a further £3 million refurbishing it, later adding a dedicated coworking offer for the area’s growing community of freelancers and remote workers.

The centre offers 75 offices from 124 to 1,400 sq ft for teams of one to 30, arranged around a large open-plan reception and three breakout areas, plus meeting rooms, kitchens and showers. Facilities include 24-hour access, CCTV security, free on-site parking, air conditioning and disabled access, with a ten-minute drive to Gloucester Railway Station and direct trains to London Paddington in under two hours.

Part of BizSpace’s wider network across the South West, Corinium House gives Gloucester’s start-ups and established teams a flexible, well-supported base for co-working with a genuinely thriving on-site business community.
